Andrew is one of our few home office users that we support.
Working from home on a regular basis means Andrew essentially requires business like reliability from his home PC. With that in mind regular maintenance visits ensure that the possibility of disruption to service is kept to a minimum.
Andrew appreciates that to ensure things remain reliable it is necessary to be restrained when looking at installing unknown software and hardware, as well as ensuring a good level of protection and security is maintained through regular virus scans and backups in our absence.
