Rawlinson Pryde overview...

Rawlinson Pryde & Partners are our longest standing customer with work dating back as far as 1995. As you can imagine in those 12 years a lot has changed. Accountants now rely heavily on server based accounts systems, as well as the Internet for online filing, and email for communication with clients and the revenue. They have approximately 35 staff, all of which rely on PC's.

Two years ago a complete overhaul of the servers and network were recommended and implemented without any major disruption. This included replacement of servers, segmentation of systems between servers for load balancing, and generally future proofing of the hardware.

If a server fails, the business immedaitely comes to a stop. With this in mind we work to ensure that the main systems are well within recommended specifications of softwares, and a continual upgrade program is in place for PC, laptops and servers alike.

Rawlinson Pryde & Partners

"As a busy Accountancy Practice our PC’s are our life- line, literally without them we would cease to function. These days all accounts preparation is done using specialised software packages and our systems have to be able to support this. Also, increasingly, our communication with clients, the H M Revenue and Customs, Companies House and our regulatory bodies is done electronically.

Jumpstart Technologies have for many years provided us with all the support, expertise and advice, necessary for us to carry on our business. In recent years we have undergone major upgrades and equipment replacement programs without any interruption in service. Along side our planned work we do have the inevitable emergency from time to time and we are confident that these will be dealt with as quickly as possible.

Ian and Jumpstart Technologies are part of our team and while we are concentrating on providing our clients with the highest level of service possible they are taking care of our IT systems in an efficient and cost effective manner."
