Primecare have been a valued customer for 7 years now. In that time we have built a mutually trusting relationship that ensures problems are solved in the quickest possible way. Prepaid maintenance and monitoring packages have helped reduce their costs, and ensure business continuity.

Operating from two main offices, with several home workers, they required a low budget terminal server solution. A combination of Windows Small Business Server 2003, and Windows 2000 server running in application mode has given them exactly what they need.

The terminal server solutions allows all data, and servers to be located in one office. Terminal server client requires very little in the way of hardware specification, allowing their 2nd office uses older, cheaper PC's at a significant cost saving.

With on one database license required, a further saving of several thousand pounds was also acheived.
